Specialising in managing business delivery across various channels and customers, Dave possesses a deep understanding of the retail landscape and broad category knowledge spanning ambient and non-foods categories.

His action-oriented approach and adeptness in managing complex businesses have resulted in transformative outcomes, including market share growth, successful mix management, and profit delivery.

Notable achievements include designing and implementing distribution models for Unilever's UK convenience and value channel distributor route to market, revitalising the UK tea business performance, and securing solus fixture agreements with multiple customers.

He has a proven ability to develop SKUs from consumer and shopper insights, build categories, and execute end-to-end commercial concepts, from ideation to market launch.
